Evaluation of the Annual Financial Statements
The Audit Committee has:
• reviewed and discussed the audited annual financial
statements to be included in the annual report with
the External Auditors ;
• reviewed the External Auditor’s management report
and management’s responses thereto;
• reviewed changes in accounting policies and
practices; and
• reviewed the MUT’s compliance with legal and
regulatory provisions
Auditor-General South Africa
The Audit Committee has met with the Auditor-General
South Africa to ensure that there are no unresolved issues.
